Gili Madang, lying just to the north of the island of Sumbawa, is not actually within the Komodo National Park, but is dived 'en-route' either to or from the park. There are a number of sites here that are very different from each other including a reef wall around a kilometre or so southwest of Madang that boasts a good number of sharks.
